Cruikshank School Beaver Culture Camp with Dancing with the Spirit. Dancing with the Spirit has been traveling to Tanana Chiefs Conference villages for 18 years building long term relationships with students and their communities. Principal Liz Blackbird organized the activities with the help of the tribe. This is a great way to pass on the wisdom of the elders to the youth.

    Vision

Our students, while learning more about their Indigenous attributes, will be prepared for academics and success.

    Mission

Here in Tsee Duu' (Beaver), Cruikshank School is deeply rooted in the culture and language of our diverse Indigenous heritage. With the constant support of our families, Elders, and community leaders we have high expectations for our students in academics and cultural skills to succeed in any environment.

Cruikshank School staff and High School leadership students William Fisher and Jason Henry worked along with parents Rhonda Pitka and Rebecca Fisher to create the mission and vision statement.
